When I was at CNCNZ, I stumble upon this, http://www.filefront.com/15950639/CC4TTpcMAN%28en_GB%29.pdf , it's the crappy game's manual book AND in color.

We can use it to turn against EA. Some of the units I see looks ok, but still many of them are unacceptable in terms of their design. I usually comment mostly on the units rather than buildings. And there's another problem, I heard the NDA is still in effect even the game is already released, so I'm not sure if anyone can rip one of the units out from the manual or take an in-game screenshot of that unit (Used as reference) and re-model them or draw concept arts to become more kickass. Well, what do we got so far?

Nod Defense MCV (I'm not sure if that one looks good, but I got the feeling at least it should be more ok than EA's version)
Mutant Battle Bus
Scorpion Tank

Err, are there anymore? My suggestion is the next one we can do is to draw (Not modeling) the Stealth Tank. Rolling Eyes

If you want any of the Game's assets for reference or to polish them for future use, you can just rip them right out of the game. With many textures being actually made for higher detail, it works pretty well.

The NDA only applies to those that signed it and only for what it actually says, meaning that beta testers aren't allowed to publish visual material of the beta. Regardless whether it's still in effect or not, it doesn't apply to the release version and any of its associated content in any way.
Still, you might wish to contact APOC and ask for EA's consent on using CNC4's art assets as standard copyright laws still apply.
